Shawnee Middle School Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled for 5th and 6th grade on Monday, November 9 and Wednesday, November 11 from 4 PM to 8 PM. Conference nights for 7th and 8th grade students are scheduled for Tuesday, November 10 and Thursday, November 12 from 4 PM to 8 PM. Students will not have school on Friday, November 13th and all grades will have conferences from 8 AM to Noon. All conferences will be virtual this year. In response to a cluster of COVID cases on the 6th grade team of Mr. Quatman, Ms. Smith, Ms. Lundin and Mrs. Garman all learners on this team will be remote beginning Wednesday, October 21st. Students can return to in-school learning as long as they are healthy on Thursday, October 29th.

The Shawnee boys soccer team is teaming up with the Bath boys soccer team for a "Kick for a Cause" event to support the West Ohio Food Bank. Students can help by bringing in a non-perishable food item Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. All items can be placed in the box by the Main Office at Shawnee Middle School. Non-perishable food items may also be taken to the game on October 15th at the Shawnee Soccer Stadium.
