Attention all students: the school day begins at 7:30am. Please plan accordingly to get through traffic so that you arrive on time.
Homecoming tickets are for sale in both cafeterias today through Friday. Tickets are $10 each. Tickets will also be sold at the door on Saturday evening. If you have any questions please see a student government member.
The Homecoming Parade has been rescheduled for tomorrow evening at 6:30 pm. Come out and enjoy the parade and Homecoming spirit. Go Indians!
For today only, Mr. Thomas’s 4th period Study Hall and Connections class need to report to the East Cafeteria.
During Connections today, Freshmen will be meeting with their counselors in the following locations: Last names A-G will meet with Mrs. Buell in Room 151; Last names H-O will meet with Mrs. Bidlack in Room 160; and Last names P-Z will meet with Mrs. Rex in Room 206. Please make sure you take your Chromebook with you.
Juniors: The PSAT sign ups are open until Thursday, September 24th. If you want to take advantage of this opportunity to see how you do on a college readiness assessment and be considered for the National Merit Scholarship program, please bring $18 in exact change, or a check, made out to Shawnee High School, to the guidance office by Thursday, September 24th. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Bidlack.
2025-2026 Yearbook extras are now available. These are very limited in quantity, so if you are interested in purchasing last year's yearbook, don't delay. The cost for these is $65 and will be cash or check only to Mrs. Hershberger in the West office. If you have questions, see Ms. Trueblood.
This week is Homecoming Spirit Week! Make sure you check the TV's for each day's theme; Tomorrow is Country vs. Country Club. Everyone must still abide by the school dress code.
