LCC has challenged us to complete acts of kindness. They reached an impressive 563 acts, and we’re striving to beat them! You can submit your acts by filling out the form in your class Google Classroom or by using a paper form. The Connections class with the most acts will win donuts from PPA! The challenge ends on Tuesday.
All students interested in Apollo are invited to Apollopalooza on Thursday from 5:30-7pm. There will be drawings for prizes (including a trip to Gatlinburg, concert and Reds tickets, Beats headphones and more) as well as food trucks, games and hands-on activities in the labs. It is a great way to explore options, get questions answered and get to know lab instructors that you may have if you're planning to attend.
This week is Purple Star Week, where school districts across the state of Ohio will be honoring Ohio's Military families and children. Please help us say "thank you" to all of our military families by dressing up throughout the week. Tomorrow is Camouflage day; and Friday is R.E.D. Friday - everyone should wear red to "Remember Everyone Deployed". Help us honor and celebrate those who do so much for our community and country!
MayDaze shirts are on sale now! The class that purchases the most shirts will win Maydaze points, so don't miss out! You can find the link on your class google classroom. The window to order closes this Sunday at midnight.
Tomorrow we will operate on a two hour delay schedule due to ELA state testing. Any student taking the test needs to report to their testing room by 7:35. Students not testing need to report at 9:40. The buses will run as normal so any student that rides the bus will report to the East Cafeteria until testing is over. Any student who arrives at school between 7:35-9:40 will ONLY be able to enter through door N1 and go directly to the East Cafeteria. An announcement will be made when testing is over to instruct students to go to first period.
Any senior wanting to try out for a spot on the Graduation program must see Mr. Owen to pick up the guidelines for trying out. The deadline for turning in material is 2:45pm on Friday, May 1st.
Prom guest forms are now available in the East Office. Forms must be signed and returned to Mrs. Rigali no later than April 24th.
