Any girl who wants to participate in the MayDaze Powderpuff football game for their class needs to attend an informational meeting on Monday at 7:15am in Ms. Griffo's room, Room 125. If you cannot attend or have any questions please see Ms. Griffo or Mr. Miller.
LCC has challenged us to complete acts of kindness over the next two weeks! They reached an impressive 563 acts, and we’ve already surpassed 100—great job! You can submit your acts by filling out the form in your class Google Classroom or by using a paper form. The Connections class with the most acts will win donuts from PPA! The challenge ends on April 21—keep spreading kindness!
Any senior wanting to try out for a spot on the Graduation program must see Mr. Owen to pick up the guidelines for trying out. The deadline for turning in material is 2:45pm on Friday, May 1st.
Prom guest forms are now available in the East Office. Forms must be signed and returned to Mrs. Rigali no later than April 24th.
Next week is Purple Star Week, where school districts across the state of Ohio will be honoring Ohio's Military families and children. Please help Shawnee High School say "thank you" to all of our military families by dressing up throughout the week. Monday is red, white and blue day- wear Patriotic colors. Tuesday is to support your favorite military branch- wear a branch t-shirt. Wednesday is Purple Up! day- wear purple or your purple star Shawnee Shirt (if you ordered one). Thursday is Camouflage day; and Friday is R.E.D. Friday- everyone should wear red to "remember everyone deployed". Help us honor and celebrate those who do so much for our community and country!
