Attention Sophomores: Don't forget to register for the Apollo 411 Blast Day on November 19. The deadline to register is today. Use the link in Google Classroom to pick two programs to visit that day. Stop in the guidance office if you have questions.
Attention all students, next Tuesday is our Veterans Day Assembly. You are encouraged to wear red, white and blue to show your support to the Veterans. The jock lot will be closed off for parking that day so please make plans to park in a different space. Do not park in a painted spot that does not belong to you.
Anyone interested in competing in this year’s TEAMS Engineering Competition Club may come to an informational meeting today, right after school in Mr. McGreevy’s room.
Shawnee High School will host a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) meeting on Monday at 6 pm in Room 160. A local financial aid expert will present information on the FAFSA process for students planning to enter college in the Fall of 2026.
Tickets for the musical, 9 to 5, are now on sale in the East Office. All tickets are $10 and it is reserved seating only. Don’t miss your chance to see this fantastic show! Show times are at 7pm next Friday and Saturday and at 3pm next Sunday.
Friendly reminders: The weather is changing so please plan accordingly and leave yourself plenty of time to get to school. You will not be excused for being late due to the cold weather or frosted windows. Also, do not leave your Chromebooks in your vehicle because the cold drains the battery.
