Attention Big Brothers Big Sisters:*Elmwood Bigs will meet outside the athletic office tomorrow, after Connections. If you have any questions, please reach out to Mrs. Brunelle as soon as possible. 

The Varsity Girls Soccer Team tied Defiance last night, 1-1. Come out and support the girls in home action Saturday, September 20th as they play Eastwood. The JV game begins @ 11 am and the Varsity game begins @ 1 pm. 

Congratulations to the Boys Golf team for beating out 20 other teams and winning the Nate Niekamp Memorial Tournament last Saturday. Leading the way were Ashton Wright with 77, Brandt McGreevy with 78, Sullivan Hasting with 80, and Bronson Metzger with 82. Ashton was named to the All Tournament Team. Wish the Boys luck at the WBL Tournament tomorrow!

Any student wanting to invite a Veteran to the Veteran's Day Assembly on November 11th please pick up a sheet from your History teacher today! See Ms. Griffo or Mr. Spencer with any questions.

Attention Juniors and Seniors:  The BGSU representative will be here tomorrow during Connections in room 160.  Interested students should sign up in google classroom or on the guidance website.  

Out of town guest forms for Homecoming are now available in the East Office. Forms must be completed and returned to the East Office by September 29th. 

Don’t forget that the Chief Newspaper has recently opened its advice column 'Dear Reader,'Send any school appropriate questions and get your advice completely anonymous! Find the link to submit in your grade level google classroom!

Attention all staff: Shawnee High School is recognized as one of the Best High Schools for 2025-2026. Please meet in front of the auditorium lobby at 2:40 for a staff photo. 

Mr. Spencer will be holding an informational meeting for any high school student interested in traveling to France and Greece this summer on his history tour. The meeting will take place on Wednesday, October 1 @ 7:00 p.m. in Mr. Spencer’s classroom #127. A parent must attend with you. See Mr. Spencer with questions or to pick up an informational packet.
