SHAWNEE HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS

The Boys Soccer team will travel to Bellville tonight to play Clear Fork High School in the State Semifinal. Kick-off is at 7:00p.m. There will be a Spirit Bus for students that want to attend the game and support the team. The cost to ride the bus is $5.00 per person and does not include your ticket to the game. The bus will leave promptly at 4:30p.m. You must sign up in the Athletic Office by 10am this morning if you are wanting to ride the spirit bus. Support the team and send them off to a victory! Be in the jock lot at 3:30 and cheer on the team as they leave for their game. GO INDIANS!
A note from Mr. Myers: Due to the late start time and considerable travel time, Shawnee Schools will operate on a two-hour delay schedule Thursday, November 10, 2022.
Shawnee will host a FAFSA meeting tomorrow evening at 6:00 pm in Room 160 at Shawnee High School. A college financial aid expert will help parents and students better understand the college financial aid process and will answer questions regarding the FAFSA. All students and parents considering post secondary education are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
The Shawnee Red Cross Club will have a meeting tomorrow at 2:45 p.m. in room 151.
Spanish Club will meet briefly in room 160 tomorrow at 2:45 to discuss our annual Operation Christmas Child project. Door prizes will be awarded to lucky members! Please plan to attend.
Remember that there is free tutoring provided every Tuesday and Thursday after school in the GIC from 2:45-3:30, NHS students will be available to help in any subject and any level.
Juniors and Seniors interested in attending one of the upcoming college conferences should sign up in the guidance office.
