If you are a Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or staff member, please consider signing up for the Blood Drive. We need your help to make this drive a success! Flyers are posted around the building with the QR code for sign-up. A signed parental consent form is required for any donor under the age of 17. Forms are available in the East office. Photo ID is required on the day of donation.

Yearbook Group Photo Day will be today. Please see the post in the grade level Google Classrooms for the times the photographs will be taken. No announcements will be made so make sure you are in the gym promptly at the times given.

The last Ohio Math League contest will be held today from 2:45-3:15 in room 206.  If you plan to attend, you must stay the entire 30 minutes.

Tuesday, March 19th, is Election Day. Shawnee High School is a voting location. There will be no student parking in the north parking lot on the east side of the building. Please plan accordingly to park in another location. Exceptions will not be made for class tardiness.

Rules & regulations for the Boys Basketball game tonight in Bowling Green per the OHSAA: Signs, school banners, pennants, shakers, noisemakers such as horns, bells, sirens, drums, etc are not permitted. The use of confetti, tearing up of newspapers and programs are not permitted. Throwing powders, such as but not limited to baby powder or talcum powder, is prohibited. Use may result in a technical foul and charges administered for clean-up.  NO Fatheads, OHSAA regulates this as a sign thus not permitted. Shirts/appropriate attire must be worn by all spectators at all OHSAA indoor tournaments. There is a scheduled 2-hour delay for tomorrow due to the late start and considerable travel time of the basketball game. Good luck tonight guys! 

The time is now to vote for your grade level's MayDaze t-shirt. Voting is open until 3pm today. Remember, you are picking the shirt which will be made available for purchase. This shirt will also be put up in a competition for MayDaze points against the other grade-level winners. If your shirt is chosen, you will be getting your shirt for free and you will get a $10 Good Foods gift card.

Tomorrow is the last day to donate new and gently used shoes for the Athletic Boosters Shoe Drive. All donations are distributed to low income countries. 

Atención el Club de Español...Tuesday March 19th we will be learning how to play dominoes!  Meet in the GIC from 2:45-3:30 to participate in this Cuban tradition!

Students interested in College Credit Plus (CCP) courses must have the Intent to Participate form completed and turned in by April 2. 

March is “Music in Our Schools” month. Test your knowledge of the music world every day with a trivia question. Keith Moon and John Entwistle of The Who are said to have inspired the name of which other classic rock band? The answer is Led Zepplin. Today’s music question is: Over 300 versions of the song “Hallelujah” have been made since the 1984 release, the  most famous being by Jeff Buckley.
