Shawnee Middle School could not be more proud of our very own 8th grader, Parker Bell, for winning the 33rd Annual Allen County Spelling Bee. Earlier this year, Parker won our middle school competition spelling the championship word “fordize” correctly after sixteen rounds. On Sunday, he won the county contest in fourteen rounds with the winning word “mundane”. Way to go, Parker!
