Gears & Cheers is an event just for kids, inspiring the next generation of riders to pedal with a purpose. This special event is designed for young cyclists of all skill levels—whether they’re in a stroller, just learning to ride or already speeding through the neighborhood! Kids will have the opportunity to participate in a safe, age-appropriate ride while fundraising for cancer research, just like the adult riders. 100% of every dollar raised will go directly to Pelotonia Kids and fund pediatric cancer research.
How it works:
✍️Register to Ride: https://charity.pledgeit.org/GearsandCheers
💵Collect Pledges: Ask family and friends to pledge a certain amount for each lap ridden on event day or make a flat donation.
🚲Ride Laps: On the day of the event, kids will ride their bikes around a set track and challenge themselves to ride as many laps as possible!
💚Fundraise for Pelotonia Kids: 100% of funds raised will go to pediatric cancer research at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
